A keepsake or/and a wonderful gift, a head & shoulders portrait is something to be treasured.
The original artwork is created mainly in graphite pencil, with some pen & ink for contrast and then the eyes are lightly coloured.
The basic size for a single portrait is 10" X 8'' , starting at $160 Cdn.
An acid free mat and backing can also be supplied ($25) so the artwork will fit into a standard 14" X 11 " frame. (not supplied)
Photograph(s) of good quality and resolution , of the head and shoulders , are required.
A size of your choice can also be accommodated, and more than one person portrayed - as shown below

"Best Friends" - approx. 8" X 10". As you can see .. the photo was cropped to remove the hand so that McCoosh and it's owner became the focal point.
The client supplied this great photo of her son, with best friend McCoosh, that was a pleasure to work from.

"Family Outing" - This 14" X 11" painting, started with a pen & ink drawing on watercolour paper, then colour was added by using acylic paint as a watercolour technique.
