Burleigh Cottage
Tucked away in the trees, this cottage is hard to spot and was a challenge to get the right time of day, in order to get photographs showing just a few shadows on the home.
Pam is happy to take commissions for cottage/home paintings, created with acrylic on watercolour paper.

Pet and People Immortalized
Head & shoulder portraits of a special pet are a special favorite for the artist. Usually created in pen & ink, sometimes with graphite added for "colour". ... and always the eyes are painted in acrylic colour.
Whole body portraits are also possible and of course a watercolour painting is also a good option.
People portraits are also a forté and are created monochromatically using graphite pencils.

Island Retreat
A typical scene of the lakes in the Kawarthas. This island is located close to
the St. Peter's Church on Clear/Stoney Lake.
What a wonderful place to spend the summer.

Art Classes
Burleigh Falls
Not the typical view of Burleigh Falls. This was an art class project.
Working from a photograph taken by Terry Phillips,
this project started with a pen & ink drawing, then watercolour was added.
Art classes take place in the fall and winter for students at all skill levels.
